INTRODUCTION

STN Security is a subsidiary of STN Development (M) Sdn Bhd, a construction and engineering company, founded in 2005 at Lot 15294 Simpang 4 Jln Udang Tampang Telok Gong Port Klang, Selangor. In the early stages of the STN security has only five employees in the company's STN security move forward, including three directors and two employees, a part of the accounts and marketing with experience and knowledge in related fields. With a variety of ways that have been made in promoting the management of STN security, it managed to attract some private companies, especially the factories and housing companies to get service. With based on the quality of service, consistent with security STN motto "Your satisfaction is our satisfaction" could have a positive impact on the STN security.This evidenced by the increase in customers convinced us to continue to move forward in tandem with the companies that were able to step up known by the whole of Malaysia.
